Focus Management Consultants Ltd, the parent company for seven specialist recruitment divisions servicing the needs of the food and drink talent acquisition sector.  It has been in operation since 1990 and has established itself as a pioneer of recruitment best practice.  It works in partnership with a number of key food and drink manufacturers, retailers and foodservice businesses in the UK and on the global stage.  The company employs c.30 staff embracing Consultants, Administrators, Database and Research Executives and On-line Marketing professionals.

We have Focus Interim - the interim food recruitment specialists, Focus Graduates - the leading specialist graduate recruiter into the food and drink manufacturing industry, Focus Chefs - a specialised recruitment division placing NPD Chefs into various positions across the food sector, and Focus Select - an executive search and selection division aimed at senior positions. Focus International, with an office based in the UK and Dubai, manages international food and drink recruitment assignments.  The latest division to be established is Focus Ingredients, providing career opportunities for those in the ingredients, flavourings and applications sector of the food/drink industry.
