Job: Packaging Technologists, Key Recruitment

Reporting to the Packaging Manager you will develop materials and pack formats for standard and seasonal lines, looking for the best solution that will deliver the packaging aspects of both the commercial plan and manufacturing agenda. Managing a number of packaging projects you will work closely with teams from other business functions to develop, deliver and optimize packaging solutions. You will organise machine trials, packaging and transit tests, working cross functionally and making recommendations based on test results. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience working as part of a packaging development team within an fmcg environment bringing with you good knowledge of packaging methods, packs and materials, knowledge of legislation and environmental aspects relating to packaging. This knowledge and experience will be combined with excellent communication and project management skills.
