White Horse Press (Newbury) Ltd are a high quality B2 colour printer who has built a reputation for producing high quality work to tight deadlines. We now require an additional internal Customer service Rep (CSR) to join our busy customer service teams.
Working with an Experienced Customer Service manager, the role will involve the day to day handling of customer relationships and managing all aspects of good customer service practice. Including estimation, client communication through to liasing with Production to ensure service and quality levels are achieved.
