Acting as the lead business in a multi-party, solutions—led consortium, managing the BPO and document management requirements of a large, diverse organisation, the business is a highly-professional, blue-chip organisation with a strong ethos of World-class delivery to clients.

A need has arisen for a highly skilled individual to manage the service delivery from a key party within the consortium into the end-user, who will be accountable for promoting the continuous improvement of productivity and service quality to ensure that SLA’s are met and where possible, exceeded.

Able to easily form and build relationships, both with Clients and Suppliers, as well as the wider BPO team, and a polished business professional educated to degree level, candidates will be able to demonstrate a superb background and experience of change-management and leadership of service delivery excellence within Direct Mail and Secure Print production operations and purchasing, exceptional negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
