Our client is a steadily growing specialist printer. They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Executive with a strong emphasis based on estimating, as this forms part of your remit. You will be the point of contact for a number of accounts and will ensure that customers are kept fully informed of any changes to their orders etc. Liaising with all areas of the business, you will be required to produce price matrices and present these in a manner the client is able to clearly understand. Strong admin and IT skills are essential.
