Job: ACCOUNT MANAGER, PrintMatch

With an enviable client list, this forward thinking Print Management Company are looking for a West London based Account Manager to work on site at one of their key customers. As an Account Manger for this key client you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Account Director to ensure excellent customer service is maintained. Drawing upon your account management experience, the role will include procurement and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team are working within the contractual SLA.This role is client focused and as such there is a high percentage of customer face-to-face contact, taking briefs and advising on cost saving initiatives. You will need good personal presentation a friendly, outgoing personality and a very flexible approach. A good all round understanding of Litho and Digital print processes is essential.
