Job: Business Unit Director, Mercury Search and Selection

Our client is a market leading branding & design implementation organisation that forms part of a multi billion $ organisation. Renown for their innovation and full service capabilities, this company has taken “pre-press” to a different level and have become an integral part of their clients branding strategy across 23 countries.You will have full P+L responsibility for a business unit within the company. Tasked with motivating and managing existing production and client service teams to deliver excellence in service to clients, striving for greater efficiency and greater cost effectiveness in policies and procedures. Continually developing your clients and working collectively to introduce new clients into the business.

This is a senior managerial position, with continual input into the Board in order to continually maximise existing business and ensuring growth and profitability are key drivers at all times.

The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years management and/or hands on experience of working within a brand implementation organisation although consideration will be given to candidates from related market sectors. You will have excellent experience of client service development with a proven track record of business development and implementation, most importantly you will be able to lead and develop a highly motivated team to achieve results.
