JOB TITLE: Account Coordinator

Multi-lingual print specialist to work in Brussels for this leading Print Management company, dealing with many Pan-European clients.

SALARY & BENEFITS: €36,000-45,000 + Bonus + Holidays + Sick Pay ect

LOCATION: Brussels

COMPANY PROFILE: Established as an outsourcing specialist with the flexibility of in-house production facility. In 1996, the business expanded its offering to encompass a fully integrated print management solution, providing the complete range of services from creative design through the entire spectrum of print, storage and fulfilment.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Company provide a wide range of services and solutions aimed at Single Source Supply: Services include Business Process Outsourcing, Creative & Translation, Print Management, Logistics, Asset Management, Data Capture & Response Fulfilment.

Working at the company’s offices in Brussels. Candidates will be responsible for finding print solutions for different customers, co-ordinating different projects and keeping to strict timelines and budgets. Working with suppliers to get quotes and place work, managing purchasing of print, paper, envelopes and fulfilment solutions. Handling all projects from taking briefs to outsourcing work, managing all administration, invoicing and production issues. Reporting to the European Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Experience of working in the printing industry Capable of negotiating with suppliers and working in partnership with them Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch Organisational skills in project management and administration Proactive working style Excellent knowledge of office packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.etc
