Company specialise in Direct Marketing and Mailing solutions with Response handling and fulfilment solutions and bulk mailing solutions Clients include a wide range of charities, publishers, mail order and they especially target any company with a strong overseas mailing and mail consolidation needs where they can offer a wide range of solutions such as subscription magazine mailings where they purchase the most efficient and cost effective ways of posting magazines around the world, using the economies of scale to purchase at a much better rate than the publishing house/charity/client. They also manage data for clients ensuring mailings are sent out in the most appropriate ways. Major growth areas at the moment are response and fulfilment, e-commerce (e.g. managing subscriptions listings and mailings for a major UK publishing house) and virtual gifting.

JOB SPECIFICATION

The role is to proactively generate new existing accounts within the mailing, response handling and fulfilment sector. Due to the profile of the business and a highly active marketing department candidates will be provided with an average of 90% of qualified leads to follow up. Candidates will be expected to manage their own time, meet regularly with clients to develop a good working relationship and understanding of their current and future business needs. To provide in writing, comprehensive briefings for new campaigns/projects and ensure that everyone understands the requirements To ensure prices are agreed with management before presentation to clients and that they are consistent with current company objectives The company expect that sales people will be allowed up to three years to be fully conversant with the solutions and services and as such the expectations on turnover are extremely realistic & achievable.

REQUIREMENTS

Most important thing is that candidates must have great rapport building skills at all levels and with a desire to learn and build a career within a fast growing but complex market place.
