Position: Sales & Marketing Director

Location: Field Based – Frequent travel to the North East

Salary: £65k - £85k + commission + bonus + further benefits

The Company: Our client is uniquely positioned to understand their client’s requirements and implement a wide range of customised solutions ensuring marketing promotions are more effective by offering print, direct mail and logistics. They are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Director to head up their current team.

The Role: The Sales & Marketing Director will be someone who leads from the front. Responsible for managing a team of Business Development and Account Managers you will also be responsible for further recruitment which will involve building a new business sales team. You will also be required to deliver the sales and marketing strategy. This is a key role within the senior management team that will allow for a high degree of agility, autonomy and success.

Requirements: • Excellent track record in sales increasing revenue year on year • Experience in sales presentations at a senior level • In depth knowledge of the print industry • Client management skills at a senior level • Management experience of at least 3 – 6 people • Marketing experience • Determined, positive nature • Motivated • Creative thinker with the ability to come up with new ideas
