Our client is currently looking to recruit a Client Services Executive.

Job Description:

Working alongside the Account Manager / Director on designated client accounts, you will be responsible for promoting customer service excellence and ensuring project delivery through effective communication, project management and project tracking skills.

  • Main point of contact for all internal departments
  • Working with designated permanent or promotional client accounts / major retailers
  • After the initial brief, ensure all projects are managed through the business to time, quality and service level expectations (following the guidelines set out in the latest Company Procedural Framework)
  • Attend weekly Sales Team Meeting to discuss issues and share ideas
  • Under the guidance of Head of Internal Sales, support your Sales colleagues as and when required
  • Produce CPA’s (promotional projects only) at the start of the project and then use proactively on a daily basis to manage client and internal department time (flag any issues relating to internal capacity to Head of Internal Sales)
  • Set up contract numbers and appropriate project files
  • Manage any load up, working request or instruction 
  • Formulate development / production briefs and provide ongoing additional information to ensure projects are managed effectively
  • Work with Production QA / relevant internal departments on Sign Off
  • Ensure regular project updates are carried out with Account Manager / Director (seamless team)
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients / retailers
