Position: Account Manager – Print Management

Location: London

Salary: c.£25k

The Company:

Our client provides one of Europe’s leading provider of Print Management, Data Solutions, Document Management, Logistics and Campaign Delivery. Their services cover all aspects from creative development through to print management and fulfilment, response handling, data management and contact centre support. They currently require an Account Manager to assist with managing accounts by helping process enquiries and producing quotes.

The Role:

Account Managers will be required to ensure all client work is delivered efficiently from job concept to job completion, meeting the client and internal service level agreements. Responsibilities include;

• Process Work using computer technology • Preparing reports as necessary • Provide print production advice and technical support • Manage projects from brief to completion • Create invoices on a daily basis • Ensure quotes are obtained for all new work • Building relationships with internal and external suppliers • Monitor on time delivery and service level agreement performance • Ensure work is produced within operational guidelines and records are kept in a standard format

Requirements:

The Account Manager will be required to possess the following:

• Industry experience in a Print or Print Management and outsourcing environment • Knowledge of print and finishing processes • Confident when dealing with clients and suppliers • Ability to delegate • Negotiation skills • Account Manager experience • Excellent administrative skills • Organised with good attention to detail • Positive outlook and calm under pressure • Good written and verbal communication skills • Adaptable & Pragmatic • Resourceful, self-reliant and professional
