High profile packaging graphics service company that provides innovative one stop packaging solutions for some of the worlds leading brands, seek to appoint an outstanding individual to undertake full responsibility for their Belgium operations. The Business seeks to appoint an individual whose responsibilities will include the strategic evaluation of the complete production environment, developing KPI’s through MIS integration and providing senior level direction & management recommendations to the Board. You will have a commitment that will truly ‘own’ the production and operational environment, with a strong yet sympathetic personality. Must have a hands on approach to problem resolution & management, excellent scheduling & personnel utilization awareness and the ability to implement & maintain a tier of high calibre individuals.
