Job: Hands on Client Services Manager- tremendous opportunity!!, Aim Search

As the Client Services Manager/Account Director, you will have total responsibility and autonomy for managing, developing and leading a team of talented, knowledgeable and bloody nice Account Managers whose backgrounds include manufacturing, agency and client side, so a great mix. In addition to leading the team you will also have your own clients, this isn't a boring admin heavy managerial role, you will have the day to day involvement with clients but it's balanced with managing others, a perfect blend to keep the job interesting!!!

If this sounds like the position you've been waiting for you will probably have the right background! You should have managerial experience, able to implement change and evolve not only your department but the direction of the company! A background in direct mail production is essential, not much point doing the job if you don't understand your clients needs! It goes without saying you should also be an excellent problem solver with a positive and flexible attitude who is confident around colleagues and client's.

Should also mention that there is a generous remuneration package including basic salary, car (or allowance), pension, health, gym and generous holiday allowance!!
