Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management Team: Process work using MIS computer technology. Create invoices on a daily basis. Ensure 3 quotes are obtained for all new work. Building relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth running of projects and the collection of reporting data. Monitor on time delivery and Service Level Agreement performance. Ensure work is produced within operational guidelines and records are kept in a standard format.

Specific to Account Executive role:

Assisting in managing projects from brief to completion. Briefing internal and external suppliers at the direction of the Account Manager. Take ownership of each job delegated by the Account Manager, ensure delivery in accordance with ISO and standard operational procedures. Liaise with suppliers to collate and clarify extra costs. Ensure Service Level Agreement data collected. Make the Account Manager aware/escalate potential issues to the Account Manager.
