The Company:

Our client was established in 1970 the company network is comprised of nearly 300 business centres across the globe. Their business centres offer complete visual communications solutions. Their trained and experienced team members provide expert consultation for every element of the clients communication project, including design, copying, printing, digital archiving, finishing, mailing services, large format printing and one-to-one marketing.

The Role:

*To work strategically with the company's franchisees to deliver business development initiatives designed to meet the key objectives of each business

*To work closely with the Marketing Manger and Managing Director in developing holistic commercial plans incorporating business development, marketing support programmes and associated budgets

*To spearhead the company's growth in developing technologies such as e-commerce and personalised communications including cross-media marketing tools (MindFire/XMPie etc)

*To provided on site sales support and sales training to each business centre including sales management

*To provide training and mentoring to each of the company's sales person designed to improve their skills levels

*To manage a Training Needs Analysis programme for all of the company'sbusiness centre sales people

*To promote best practice and share opportunities around the network

*To provide Tender application support where required

Requirements:

*Be able to demonstrate a high level of success in a print sales role relevant to our client, spanning graphics design, digital printing, litho printing, direct mail and large format.

*Be able to demonstrate successfully selling solutions at all levels including marketing manager/directors

*Have experience in a sales management role and be able to demonstrate success in managing and coaching performance improvement in direct reports

*Have advanced knowledge and understanding of online ordering solutions within print including online variable data production

*Have sound knowledge and understanding of marketing techniques

*Exhibit a good technical aptitude

*Demonstrate an awareness of ecommerce and cross media methodologies

*Have experience of the commercial considerations in running a print related business

*Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills

*Be proficient in presentation skills and relevant tools such as PowerPoint etc.
