Position: Customer Service/Production Executive – Point of Sale

Location: Redditch

Salary: c.£25k

The Company:

Our client is a leading producer of printed point of sale material. With an enviable blue chip client base made up of high profile retailers and brands they have grown from a traditional print business into one of Europe's leading producers of POS merchandise. Offering a wide range of print-related solutions, pre and post-production value added services and an unrivalled breadth of print capabilities they currently require the services of a Customer Service/Production Executive.

The Role:

Reporting to one of the 4 Production Managers, you will be working within a dedicated production environment, working as dedicated resource to one or more accounts. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing job status with Tharstern and you will be require to attend any initial client briefings with Account Management advising of best practice and timeline scenarios. Working closely with the Production Manager you will help towards delivering the critical paths for all promotions and ad hoc work working with your BPC and Scheduling post pre production meeting. On a weekly basis you will report all issues and resolves, pro-actively managing all promotions through the business guiding Account Management and leading the way with expert knowledge to help deliver promotions as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Requirements:

It is essential that you have the ability to use your skills to help deliver all projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will have a pro-active approach, excellent communication skills and will have experience liasing with suppliers and internal departments. You will come from a print background with particular emphasis in printed point of sale material. This is a fantastic opportunity with an excellent package on offer for the right candidate.
