Position: Business Development Manager Direct Mail/Data Services/E-Mail marketing

Requirements: • Knowledge of direct mail • Previous experience of operations and sales is desirable • Ambitious • Sales driven • Target driven • Experience maintaining and developing client base • Identifying New Sales opportunities within niche markets

Location: Midlands

Salary: Up to £40k + excellent commission structure The Company:

Our client is a family owned business with a strong and experienced team in Sales and Marketing and in the Data Services Department. They help their customers put together marketing campaigns by providing advice and doing the mailings to budget.

The Role: • They are currently recruiting for a New Business Development Manager to aid in a strategic growth plan over a 5 year period. • You will be responsible for cold calling and visiting clients on a daily basis.

The Benefits:

After an initial period the candidate will be offered a share based incentive scheme where they will be able to own 50% of the company over a 5 year period. This would benefit anyone with a strong direct mail background who is looking for a fresh challenge and this type of responsibility.
