The Company: Our client delivers award winning data management and fulfilment services, print management and out sourced process solutions. They currently have an excellent opportunity for two Account Managers to work within the Print Management side of the business.
The Role: Candidates will work on-site with a key client, within the retail sector, and will be responsible for taking hold of the account and running it efficiently. You will be required to provide technical knowledge and support, advising on the best printing techniques. Further responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for business growth, analysing workflows and process improvement strategies, and the preparation of sales proposal documents.
Requirements: A thorough technical print knowledge, combined with excellent customer service skills is essential. You will ideally have worked in a similar position before and will have a pro-active approach to problem solving. POS experience would be an advantage. You will demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to deal with clients at all levels. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary plus benefits.
