The company specialises in creative print and display to the high street
The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director whilst working within the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the Production Team and will have demonstrable ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver growth and improved production.
Requirements:
· Candidates should ideally have a proven production background, preferably within the print industry. You will possess excellent communication skills, and have the enthusiasm and ability to develop and succeed in a demanding environment.
· In addition to the above you will also be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated; results orientated, and determined to succeed.
· Proven leadership and management skills.
· Strong communication motivation and influencing skills.
· Experience of implementing world class initiatives both on the operational and HSE areas of a business.
· Experience of managing engineering and warehouse personnel.
· In depth knowledge of screen & digital print operations.
· Knowledge of print substrates and applications in the marketplace
· The ability to make changes and drive improvement
