Buyer / Client Manager - Gifts and Premiums (Promotional Products) - Spain
International Marketing Solutions Company has an urgent requirement for a Buyer / Client Manager possessing experience gained within the promotional materials / premiums sector to join their Madrid based, Spanish team.
The sought individual will join the existing Account Management team responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service throughout Spain to a portfolio of prestigious, contracted Clients and whilst engaged in daily Client interaction, the role also involves regular liaison with third party suppliers to project manage campaigns from conception through production to delivery. Duties include the sourcing and subsequent approval of samples / proofs in addition to the managing of production & delivery schedules whilst constantly seeking to develop strong working relationships with both the Client and supplier.
We seek conversations with highly organised individuals, capable of managing numerous campaigns simultaneously. As a potential Candidate you should possess experience gained within the promotions / materials sector, coupled with experience in a purchasing / procurement role and managing Third Party Suppliers.
We need people with strong Client negotiation skills, strong organisational/project management skills and the ability to use their own initiative, make quick decisions, make recommendations and seek additional opportunities for account development.
Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and hold a good standard of English. Additional languages may be deemed advantageous but are not a necessity.
