Our Client, a leading Organisation are looking to strengthen their procurement team through the appointment of a Purchasing Manager to work across a number of sites.
The ideal Candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years purchasing experience in a print related environment.
Ideally be CIPS or part qualified.
Be experienced in managing the day to day requirements of print manufacturing sites procurement needs.
Support the various sites across the group in the strategic sourcing of a wide range of products and services.
Have the ability to develop, implement and managed an extensive supply chain.
Be administratively organised, an exceptional communicator (written and oral) and have a flair for negotiation with good IT competency skills.
Bring with them strong negotiation skills in order to develop, source and select new suppliers of service and supply contracts.
Undertake and lead tender exercises, confidently managing and leading internal stakeholders, in order to maximise the value to be achieved from the supplier base.
