The purpose of this role is to manage the sales of digital &/ or inkjet Production printers and LFP inkjet printers as well as the sales of finishing solutions and consumables.

The successful candidate will also:

1. Maintain loyalty from existing customers based on regular review visits
2. Call on potential new customers to demonstrate products and attempt to win new markets
3. Act as information channel between the company, its products and existing potential markets
4. Contact clients to negotiate terms of an agreement and use persuasion skills to conclude sales
5. Gather market and customer information
6. Negotiate variation in price, delivery terms and times as well as specifications
7. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions
8. Trouble-shoot in matters of documentation, delivery, service and parts
9. Manage the quantities of goods available in stock in coordination with the P&B department
10. Determine the appropriate order needed to secure a healthy stock
11. Record sale and order information and send copies to the purchasing and billing department
12. Review the sales performance of the department’s sales personnel
13. Set and reviews the sales budget assigned to each sales person per product, per vendor and per customer
14. Organise regular management, sales people and individual meetings to discuss point 12 and 13
15. Insure the proper collection of market information in unit and in value per product, per vendor and per customer as opposed to the competition
16. Insure the proper collection of market data from competitors, competitors products and competitors sales force
17. Manage and controls the incentive plan introduced by the management in coordination with the accounting department
18. Feed back the other sales colleagues with vendor information on future market trends and developments
19. Follow up any offers, invoices, delivery of goods with the purchasing and billing department
20. Follow up the collection of aging receivables with the chief accounting officer
21. Advise on new products, creates new business opportunities to enhance the company’s future sales
22. Organise workshops to improve the salesman’s knowledge on existing and new products. About concepts that relate to the graphic arts industry or subjects that would benefit other colleagues
23. Use their skills to offer customers some technical advise on their processes and their print quality by promoting Dynagraph’s products
