Global POS company based in Central Europe are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to ensure high quality customer support for International Sales Office

This is an exciting opportunity for an office based sales person with a proven record working in a busy sales  office.The company is a major player in POS, print and logistic solutions and their clients include major brands including fashion , health and beauty, film and FMCG brands.

This is a role for someone who is proactive, efficient and looking for a challenge.

Responsibilities are , not limited to:

Support daily operation of the sales department to ensure highest delivery of customer support.

Manage customer  queries through to resolution in a timely manner

Co-ordinate with a team which includes production and estimation and external sales manager

Manage assigned customer quotations, orders.

Develop a strong working relationship with all assigned clients

The Candidate:

Working knowledge of the print and POS markets an advantage

Proven track record in a Customer Service and /or sales environment

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and ERP/CRM Software

Must be fluent in English (preferable English mother tongue)

German as a second language an advantage.
