The Role

As an Account Manager your core responsibility will be the delivery of print campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day print requirements.  You will work on site with a key client and build rapport on a face to face basis and be expected to quickly develop an understanding of your clients business and industry sector.  The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency and be integral to the managing of supplier relationships; you will review these regularly to ensure all print is delivered with all set SLA.

 The Required Skills and Experience

The successful Account Manager will ideally have experience of a wide range of Print, You will have solid knowledge of Point of Sale. You will have a great understanding of Temp POS and a understanding of Semi Perm would be ideal. You will have a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management coupled with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative and have experience finding effective solutions to client requirements.  As an Account Manager you will be working on multiple projects so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite. Its goes without saying that you will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, to excel in this role, you will also need strong experience of providing innovative ways to add additional value, and revenue, to active accounts.
