£35,000 negotiable based on experience

The Role:

  • Day to day management of the Customer Services team for a large Print & Packaging company
  • Working closely with the Managing Director and other departments across the business
  • Responsible for the management, development and implementation of the Tharstern management information system
  • Managing the team to develop customer accounts and maximise profitability
  • Coordinate and prioritise workload across the team
  • Ensure the team adhere to procedures for quality, security and the environment
  • Managing escalated complaints

Requirements:

·Strong Print technical knowledge, good understanding of print processes, systems and procedures ·Must be experienced within the print industry, working with colour print, digital and reprographics

  • Estimating systems & pricing

·Experience managing a team

  • Man-management & HR experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills
