Division:

This role is sitting within the Print department of the Debenhams Marketing division.  

Job Role:

As a Project Coordinator the main remit of your role will be to coordinate and deliver  third party in-store marketing activity. This requires direct liaison with external companies, primarily in the ‘Beauty’ sector and with our Taunton based print production department to ensure the smooth running and on-time delivery of collateral to support this activity.  

Key duties:

  • Liaise directly with the third party brands to create Cosmetics windows and Entrance Gate Advertising print briefs and co-ordinate the supply of artwork and associated proofing activity
  • Keep the brand contacts informed of critical path milestones and ensure that supply of key information and material is supplied in line with key dates
  • Provide administrative support to the Project manager on all external print activity as required
  • Support the Taunton based Senior Project Co-ordinator on all third party print activity as required
  • Use print management information systems to review status, progress and costs relating to each project
  • Communicate costs to brand contacts (customer), any additional costs arising from changes or additions to the brief and secure covering authority in line with agreed processes
  • Update at weekly critical path meetings, highlight key deadlines, new projects and any imminent requirement or risks

Candidate requirements:

  • Print knowledge including types of file format, proofing methods and an understanding of colour theory
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional Project Coordination
  • The ability to interact well and effectively communicate
  • Technical print, POS and installation knowledge
  • Experience in Print MIS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

This role is based in our London Head Office in Regents Place, NW1 3FG.
