 The Opportunity

A leading Document Management provider in the Marketing Communications arena is on the lookout for an Project Manager (EMEA) to join them at their headquarters in London. They have many high profile international clients in multiple sectors including Banking, Public Sector, Creative Services, Retail etc. and the company has major growth plans in the EMEA region. As a Project Manager you will be at the heart of the most important implementation and streamlining of the BPO services unit across Europe, claiming a leading role in the growth and success of this exciting business.

 The Role

 As a Project Manager you will play a central role in the implementation and streamlining of the BPO Multi Channel Marketing services unit across Europe. You will work to understand stakeholder requirements (internal management in various European countries and external clients in various countries). It will be key to implement, coordinate and align all their projects and operations across borders.  You will be relied upon to help set KPI’s and SLA’s and ensure these are achieved from initial brief all the way through to delivery. Regular travel around Europe will be needed to forge strong relationships with various stakeholders.

The Required Skills and Experience

The successful Project Manager will be passionate about business and capable of demonstrating stress resistance, team coordination and project management skills an as well as excellent negotiating, presentation and communication skills. Expertise in  the matrix organisational structure is essential. The company holds team play  in high regard so it’s vital that you are comfortable working as part of a team. Affinity and interest in international and cross boundary operations is advantageous.

Experience in managed services, document management services, outsourced marketing and technology services are a bonus. You must be confident speaking to people at all levels. Willingness to travel up to a third of the time is a must.
