Our Client, a leading worldwide manufacturer is now seeking to recruit a highly experienced Sales Manager EMEA to join their team. This role requires the successful Candidate to be based at our Clients UK offices with travel required 40% of the time. 

The ideal Candidate will have at least 10 years proven sales experience of selling into the narrow web, flexo or digital markets.  An exceptional understanding of the print industry is required for this role as you will be required to manage the sales and profits of our Clients products in the EMEA region.  Alongside this you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, analysing markets and representing our Client within multiple organisations.  You must therefore be a confident communicator at all levels.

You will have responsibility for a small team of sales and technical staff therefore at least 5 years man management experience is required.  You will be pro-active in analysing customer and sales team targets against plan, being constantly aware of customer and market requirements.  You will be confident in your ability to pinpoint any areas of strength or weakness within your territories, ensuring that pro-active action is taken to ensure our Clients’ sales strategies are met.

Candidates with a relevant Degree would be preferred for this role.  Our Client is able to offer an outstanding salary for this role, along with excellent bonus potential and full benefits package.
