The Role:

  • Interpreting customer requirements in order that necessary instructions are communicated correctly
  • Create quotations and order via their MIS system
  • Creating spreadsheets detailing picking packing list for campaigns
  • Booking transport vehicles when necessary
  • Processing delivery notes and transport labels
  • Timely invoicing
  • Daily contact with clients and Account Manager
  • Regular liaison with internal departments to assist in the smooth operation of sales order processing and invoicing
  • Ensuring all administration procedures and paperwork are processed speedily, accurately and efficiently for the team
  • Accompanying Senior Account Manager on field visits where deemed appropriate
  • Ensure Sales Support Supervisor/Human Resources are informed of any holiday, sickness, days out of the office etc.
  • Ensure appropriate cover of the assigned account whilst on leave
  • Carry out other duties as required by the Sales Support Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise own work load
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work without supervision but also as part of a team
  • Takes initiative/Self-Starter
  • Previous administration experience
  • Print manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage

Must obtain grade C (or equivalent) in GSCE English and Maths
