DXG Media Ltd are a Manchester based High Tech printer, privately owned and established for over 16 years. With many years of inward investment and a drive to stay at the forefront of print technology. We are housed in a modern manufacturing facility which contains Heidelberg B1, B2 litho print and Xerox digital print, new CTP facility and 2nd Gen Image Control. Underpinned by an extensive internal finishing department containing folding, stitching, booklet making, die cut and scoring, laminating, drilling and hand work, there really is no limit to the services we provide to our many Clients throughout the UK. We currently service the advertising, design and creative industries, as well as a number of public and private sector accounts. We have a wealth of print and project management experience which we share with our clients. DXG Media Ltd have a secure financial base and a good reputation with both clients and suppliers.
An existing sales team of 4 are supported by experienced estimators/account managers, production managers and staff and financial/accounting support to ensure we offer the highest level of quality and service from initial brief to the final delivered product. Are you interested in working for a company like us?
We are looking for a professional sales and account management person to join us and fit seamlessly into our existing team, bringing their own clients so they can hit the ground running (don't worry, we don't expect the world straight away, but a functioning client base is a must). Then work with the clients you have and also our existing database to grow your client base over the coming months and years.
You will need to be able to integrate into the wider team, make good working relationships and quickly understand the processes undertaken at DXG Media and work within a pre-existing successful system (some experience showing a history of this would be good).
The ability to identify, contact and develop a compelling narrative as well as effectively deliver presentations to gain new customers is required in this ever-competitive market we operate in.
Account management skills are really important to us at DXG as this prolongs and lengthens our working relationships. We would like to see examples of this in practice over the last 3 years or so.
The Person - (You will need to be or have)
- Previous sales and account management experience within litho print
- Be honest and hard working (this is a must)
- Have a professional attitude and business like dress sense
- Have the drive and dynamism to be successful in sales
- A willingness to learn and develop personally
- Be sociable and keen to join a new team
- Live within an area to be able to commute to our facility in Greater Manchester
- Have a clean driving licence
- Be driven and able to hit targets
