A global communications provider is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic team, managing queries from clients and supporting the wider Client Services Team.
This is an administrative as well as client facing role. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive and organised, capable of keeping on top of updating and owning schedules for allocated clients; own SLA/Despatch; own Data Receipts; update KPIs; and update and own all stock for allocated clients. You will also be expected to monitor and manage the client specific change management process, working closely with design, development, production and warehouse ensuring client requirements for changes are met. Strong communication skills are therefore of the upmost importance.
