Managing Director Designate
Our client, the owner of a long established print business, is look to retire in approx 18 months time.
He has a strong production team in place therefore feels that the person who will take over the reigns will currently be a Sales Manager, Sales Director or Sales Orientated MD. Regardless of the candidate's currently role, it must be someone achieving a minimum of £400k of personal sales, preferably in the B2 Litho and Digital sectors.
Current t/o of the company is £2m however it is capable of much more in that they have recently invested in the latest HUV technology. In fact without much further investment it could grow to circa £4m fairly easily albeit with adding some more staff.
