As production manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring there is sufficient capacity in the production teams to meet short and long-term forecasts, with flexibility for the unexpected.
  • Responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with the Quality Management System within production
  • Ensuring the production team is managed to optimise the costs of project delivery, recruiting and managing the best team possible.
  • Maintaining an excellent level of communication throughout the business.
  • Implementing appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and support continuous improvement activity in production

This key role requires someone who has previous production management experience as assistant or above.  You will have strong communication and management skills.  Ambitious, and focused, you will take a methodical approach to problem solving and pay attention to detail.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Experience in quality system requirements e.g. ISO 9001
