Up To £33K (Depending on experience) + Overtime (Paid at Time + 1/3 Up to 4 Hours - Time + 1/2 After 4 Hours)

24 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Pension

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Our client is a signage company based in the South East. Their dedicated team have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality signs in a cost-effective manner. They produce high volumes for large roll out projects as well as specialised bespoke signs using a range of fabrication processes.

They are currently looking for a hands-on Production Manager to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a team of 10 people and running the department on the production floor
  • Working closely alongside the Managing Director on various projects
  • Overseeing the team on a day to day basis
  • Scheduling and allocating work
  • Ensuring all jobs are produced on time, to a high-quality standard and meet the client's requirements
  • Enthusiastic and able to motivate the team
  • Ensure production is cost effective
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety guidelines
  • Assisting in various departments and with any production tasks as and when required
  • Previous experience working within the signage and manufacturing industry is essential
  • Previous working knowledge on various machines such break press, guillotine and CNC routers would be beneficial
  • Able to absorb and recall job and project details
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required
