The Window Film Company was established in 1998 and is well known as a leader in the window film, window graphics and office branding industry.
Our mission is to make buildings safer, comfortable and more inspirational places to live and work.
Our products include window film to reduce heat and glare, as well as providing privacy and security. Our printed wide format graphics include digital printing onto optically clear window film for manifestation and window graphics as well as our self adhesive products including wallpaper and self adhesive vinyl.

We have 28 employees, based at our Chesham (HP5 2QA) Head Office. Our team includes the Sales Department, Operations, Customer Services, Accounts, In-house Graphics Production as well our own teams of Installers.
In 2016 we won an award for Excellence in Customer Service at The Buckinghamshire Business Awards.
You will be joining us in an exciting period of growth and opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will proactively drive new business and strategic account growth, whilst focussing on total customer satisfaction.
This is a field based role in Central London
You will need to be able to:
- Self generate leads and attend relevant networking events
- Work closely with key decision makers, negotiating and presenting up to board level
- Understand the wide format graphics and office fit-out industry
- Manage and develop current relationships that we have
- Look for new opportunities to create new relationships
- Be target driven but at the same time focussed on customer satisfaction at all times
- Visit clients offices and attend site meetings
- Work with our Operations Department to ensure that projects are completed accurately
Experience in the window film industry is not essential, as full training will be given. Experience at selling wide format digital print within the office sector is more important.
We currently have strong relationships with office fit-out companies, glass partition companies and design agencies, as well as leading architectural practices. You will help us build on this.
We have tight deadlines to meet clients' needs, therefore you must be able to manage your time effectively.
You will be working as a member of a close team so an enthusiastic and positive approach to learning new skills is essential.
