Senior Sales Executive - Bespoke Packaging

A key opportunity exists to join a fast growing company that designs and manufactures its own customised solutions for FMCG markets. The appointed person will help the company achieve sales and profit objectives, specifically targeting new business in exciting UK markets.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior experience in running a sales team or as a Sales Director and will be working alongside and reporting solely into the Sales Director.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, driven and ambitious new business sales person. You will have excelled in the role of personal selling to senior levels in B2B markets.
This is a new business role for customised products therefore 'off the shelf' sales experience is not relevant.
- Research and explore new market sectors for the company's existing technology and to introduce new products and services.
- Deliver targeted sales and gross profits in a defined territory.
- Secure best value for the company via value pricing and advanced negotiating skills.
- Support marketing initiatives and complete necessary documentation including CRM.
- Advanced sales level with a proven track record in bespoke innovative packaging design and production.
- Advanced expertise in the management of sales negotiation, activity and time management.
- Accurate use of CRM systems.
- Responsible for market feedback on customer needs as input to the creative product development process.
- Extensive UK travel required.
An attractive package will be offered to the selected person with the potential to earn in excess of £100K depending on performance.
