Working with the team to ensure all performance targets are achieved against agreed client SLA's, you must have a strong and broad professional knowledge of all matter 'Print' and the associated production processes.
You must be able to think strategically, challenge the status quo and critically, you must have the personality & strength of character to unlock, nurture & manage a demanding yet highly rewarding array of relationships within impressive corporate clients Marketing and Print Departments.
- Working closely with one or more key accounts - either existing customers or new – taking full ownership and project managing all campaigns from design to delivery.
- Help identify areas for additional revenue streams and account growth.
- Working as part of a close knit team to deliver divisional targets and objectives in account retention and development.
- Knowledge and experience relating to print management , direct mail & digital marketing communications
- A successful track record in developing and maintaining customer relationships via successful account management
- Experienced account manager with a track record of delivering account growth
