£36K - £38K + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + £3K Bonus + Pension

Our client is a leading supplier within the POS and large format digital industry, they offer excellent service standards and product quality from design through to production working with some of the world's most prestigious brands.

They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Client management - Directly managing key high profile clients with a number of smaller clients
  • The emphasis is on relationships, bidding & winning work and then delivering to retailer timelines
  • Overseeing / working on 60 projects per month of various size - worth a total of £3.5Million
  • Working to maximise clients' potential through cross and upselling of services
  • Taking a brief from scratch and developing to suite of 3D POS
  • 2D and 3D knowledge with structural and artwork understanding of large / small format digital and litho would be beneficial
  • Managing a team of 3
  • Strong communication and IT skills - particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Retailer knowledge and knowledge of guidelines and relationships within drugstores and grocery would be useful
  • To drive and manage sales and gross margin growth with each client
  • Actively use commercial awareness to drive value growth for the company
  • To fully understand what each client values and ensure that the company delivers an outstanding level of service that matches that requirement specifically
  • Develop strong professional and personal relationships with each client, based on regular face-to-face interaction and back up communication on the telephone primarily, and email
  • To actively work with each client and with internal departments to ensure that the company is continually improving service levels
  • Proactively liaise with each client on a regular basis to obtain opportunities to drive sales
  • Proactively follow up all successful orders for feedback and to measure client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular desk reviews and bi-annual appraisals with any direct reports and maintain correct paperwork
  • Remain in regular contact with each client to ensure the production of accurate forecasts on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Maintain a record of commercial deals with each client and ensure that all quotations and proposals are in-line with historic trends and client acceptance
  • Reporting directly to the Account Director


Requirements:
  • Strong communication and IT skills - particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and follow all company regulations
  • Flexible and willing to travel to client sites when required
  • Previous experience working with 2D & 3D production
