The Company:

This company is a leading large format digital printers supplying work to various blue chip organisations.

The Role:

  • Manage a number of high profile retail clients
  • Be the main point of contact for your customer
  • Input print briefs into the Company’s MIS system and provide estimates to customers
  • Process job tickets and art work through to the production teams
  • Liaise with despatch on job timings
  • Provide job status updates to customers
  • Ensuring new business quotations are completed by the team in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Support the Client Services Manager with the running of the department and team absence


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working within the large format sector of the print industry
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Management Information System (MIS) estimating experience (desired not essential)
  • Effective time management skills – able to work to multiple tight deadlines
  • Microsoft Excel Skills
