Key Account Manager, Commercial & Confidential Print Solutions - Herts
Highly regarded Commercial & Confidential Print Solutions provider seeks to appoint a talented Key Account Manager, possessing a genuine breadth of experience across the litho sheet fed & digital Secure / Confidential Print arena to strengthen their Client Services team.
Working in close harmony with the Client Services Manager, you develop responsibility as the main point of contact for an array of existing Client relationships, utilising your acquired experience to deliver consistently effective & intelligent options across the diversity of litho, web offset, transactional mail, print management, fulfilment & distribution opportunities.
You will be alert, communicative, inquisitive and have the energy & drive to seek and deliver a quality & consistency of service to ensure that relationships can be genuinely developed & leveraged and Business effectively secured.
Alongside extensive Client engagement skills, ideally, you’ll have a broad print knowledge, good Excel skills and possess a working experience of a proprietary MIS system (ideally Prism), as you will become key part of the team delivering comprehensive commercial acumen & support to the Client Services Director of this impressive Business
