Our client is an international marketing solutions and customer communications company that brings brands to life across every channel, in every market, all with a local touch. With over 700 employees across various sites worldwide, our client serves customers in a range of markets including retail, financial services, travel, automotive, healthcare, leisure, pharmaceutical and the public sector.

They are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Account Manager both with transactional print and creative experience to work closely with our Account Director on high profile accounts helping to develop and implement effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day account handling and relationships with clients (including face-to-face)
  • Establish strategic relationships with senior marketing contacts with a view to understanding the client's business
  • Deliver against client KPI's and other targets to meet contractual obligations
  • Preparation for client contract review meetings and development opportunities
  • Delivers business and account objectives through adherence to business processes and systems
  • Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget
  • Manage relationships internally and externally with a variety of suppliers and stakeholders
  • Create innovation and adding value through collaboration with the client
  • Support the development of new business proposals and tenders
  • Liaise with third party suppliers and consultants to support the client and / or campaign
  • Manage campaign and client account budgets and timings
  • Contributing to and supporting the delivery of agreed revenue targets
  • Understanding client budgets and how they are constructed
  • Issue resolution, escalating to the Account Director where appropriate
  • Managing a team of Account Managers / Executives
