An award winning fully comprehensive marketing solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team as they strive towards a more technology focused future.

We are looking for a digitally driven Business Development Manager who will help promote their newly developed digital marketing solutions platform as they undergo a period of rapid expansion. This role will require a creatively minded individual who can come up with innovative sales strategies to promote our client’s bespoke branding services to new and existing customers. They are looking for someone who can evaluate their current performance and come up with campaigns to help reach its full potential. This will involve performing thorough assessments of current trends and researching the identities of specific target markets. 

Skills / Attributes:

  • Enjoy challenge and have ability to successfully present, negotiate and close new business.
  • Written communication – ability to construct emails, letters, reports, proposals and other documentation
  • Verbal communication – ability to build rapport, actively listen, persuade and influence others, and convey relevant, complete and accurate information to clients and internal colleagues.
  • Face to face communication – ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, structure and manage meetings and presentations to successful outcomes to support business development strategy.
  • Strong organisation skills able to take a planned and organised approach to workload & prioritise tasks.
  • High levels of commitment, with the willingness to contribute additional effort if required.
  • Ability to work as a genuine team player (not just within the sales function) to maximise all opportunities.
  • Ability to demonstrate and evidence previous success in achieving sales targets and closing sales.
