Business Development Manager | Hybrid Mail | Remote – UK based | £55k - £65k plus commission

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying leads and targeting potential customers within the public sector, financial services, debt management and utilities
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends
• Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
• Delivering tailored proposals and solutions for clients
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base

Key attributes required:

• Current and relevant sales success specifically within hybrid or transactional mail
• Ability to build on relationships with clients in the market
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
