Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | Nottinghamshire | £50k plus great benefits package

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
• Forging and nurturing strategic relationships with premium brands, understanding their packaging needs and offering bespoke solutions
• Working closely with the design and production teams to ensure product offerings exceed client expectations in creativity, quality, and sustainability
• Working towards wider company objectives
• Meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and delivering sales presentations
• Staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new business opportunities

Key attributes required:

• Successful track record of selling luxury packaging including gift boxes and high-quality cartons
• In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics and personal care industry's packaging requirements and market trends
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with decision-makers at high-end brands
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Ambitious and career driven with a desire to develop into a future senior capacity
