BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - POINT OF SALE / DISPLAY UNITS

HOMEBASED

£Open DOT + Car or Car Allowance + Pension + Commission + Other Benefits TBD

Our client are a leading POS and display solutions company based in the East Midlands. They offer a range of products including counter tops, FSDU's, POS, display bins and standees for a selection of markets such as cosmetics, technology and gifts. The company have in-house design, prototyping, print, lamination and die cutting facilities as well as offering the assembly, packing and delivery of the products.
They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to create new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts within the POS sector.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • The client is looking for someone homebased but able to visit their East Midlands site approx. once per week.
  • Have a strong background in selling Temporary Point of Sale
  • Be an enthusiastic self-starter motivated to assist in the development of the business
  • Be a team player and play a key role in this growing company
  • Identifying potential new customers
  • Build effective and long-lasting relationships in order to generate new business
  • Identifying additional profit enhancing opportunities
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining development opportunities
  • Target-driven with a motivation to succeed
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of sales success
  • Confident presentation skills
