Business Development Manager | Printed Cartons – Premium Packaging | Hertfordshire – Hybrid | Up to £60k plus OTE

 

Specialising in creating premium packaging solutions, catering primarily to the healthcare, food, and high-end consumer markets. Their product range encompasses an extensive variety of premium folding cartons, inserts, labels, and rigid packaging, employing a wide array of substrates and finishes to meet the specific needs of their clients. This focus on high-quality, customized packaging solutions allows them to offer unique and sophisticated packaging options that not only protect and preserve products but also enhance brand value and consumer appeal through innovative design and superior material quality.

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business for printed folded cartons in particularly high quality premium packaging
  • Crafting and executing a robust sales development strategy, opening doors to new business ventures
  • Driving sales growth and enhancing profitability with a strategic approach
  • Conduct in-depth market analyses, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor movements
  • Seamlessly integrating new clients into the fold, ensuring a smooth transition to the internal account management teams

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record in sales within the carton, label, or printing sectors
  • Deep knowledge of the printing and manufacturing processes
  • Expertise in sales forecasting with a knack for selling and closing deals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, paired with strong negotiation skills
