As Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive business reviews to identify areas of underperformance and devising strategies to foster growth and drive innovation
• Managing and realigning business processes to ensure compliance with new structures, setting quarterly objectives, and aligning operations across all departments
• Monitoring and overseeing process data to maintain effective communication and ensure accurate reporting across the organization
• Upholding the highest standards of quality and service delivery by implementing and refining rigorous monitoring processes to enhance product and service outcomes

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience with organisational change in an expanding businesses is advantageous
• Extensive experience in senior leadership
• Proven capability to guide and inspire a team
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and fostering cooperative relationships
• Experience of working within manufacturing or retail environment with Luxury brands is desirable
