As Gluing Operator you will be responsible for:

• Operating Bobst and Baumer HHS equipment
• Working with high quality materials, cartons and finishes
• Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager
• Working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environment
• Ensuring the company’s quality standards are maintained

Key attributes required:

• Experience with packaging manufacture, desirable knowledge of Bobst gluers
• Previous experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments desirable
• High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and innovate
• Enthusiasm and determination to excel
• The ability to communicate and mentor a small team
