As a Product Developer you will be responsible for:

• Providing product development and technical leadership for assigned projects
• Working closely with internal sales colleagues to understand brief opportunities and restrictions
• Ensuring projects are managed tightly and are kept within agreed timings
• Drive an innovative approach with clients by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, practices, products and techniques
• Proactively identifying, recommending and implementing improvements to working practices
• On occasion travel to mainland China and other Asia Pacific countries and Europe

Key attributes required:

• A passion for product and excellence in delivering high value, high quality packaging projects to luxury brands
• Excellent knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and quality requirements including material knowledge in wood, slate, aluminum
• Adept at fostering and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of seniority
• Experience in developing complex items directly with third party manufacturers, often in Far East locations
• Experience working with Spirits or Cosmetic markets
